Job Description
As an AI Analyst Intern at Zycus, you will work closely with senior technology leaders—including the North American Chief Customer Officer (CCO)—to reshape the post-sales customer experience. Your primary focus will be rapid prototyping and experimentation . You will help develop small-scale prototypes, such as intelligent chatbots and automated workflow dashboards, using Python, Jupyter notebooks, and modern low-code frameworks.
Beyond coding, you will play a crucial role in process discovery , identifying friction points across customer success implementation workflows and maintaining a strategic backlog of automation ideas. When pilot solutions are launched, you will assist in tracking basic usage metrics, collecting internal feedback, and scaling prompt libraries. You will also maintain clear technical documentation and stay updated on emerging AI trends to prepare knowledge-sharing sessions for global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify workflow friction points across post-sales implementation, support, and customer success layers.
Support the rapid development of small-scale AI prototypes (chatbots, dashboards) using Python .
Test Gen-AI ideas and validate business use cases utilizing APIs and low-code operational tools.
Assist in deploying pilot AI solutions with internal teams, monitoring basic operational tracking metrics.
Draft prompt libraries, simple system documentation, and reports to support the scaling of successful pilots.
Collaborate cross-functionally with international stakeholders to execute AI initiatives effectively.
Continuously explore emerging AI tools and assist in internal technical knowledge-sharing demos.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
AI Foundations: Solid basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML) concepts and modern automation practices.
Programming: Familiarity with writing scripts in Python , handling JSON data, and executing API calls (academic or personal projects accepted).
Preferred Tech Stack (Good to Have): Exposure to frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI APIs .
Bonus Points: Active GitHub profiles showcasing AI/Chatbot academic projects, or active participation in technical Hackathons and AI meetups.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills to articulate ideas to non-technical leaders.
