As an Operations Intern at Sarvam AI, you will be the connective tissue between our technical builders and our market strategies. You will work closely with Product Management (PM) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to conduct market sizing analysis and opportunity assessments for on-device AI solutions. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor and operational execution—you will track and interpret key operations metrics using SQL and Excel while building visual dashboards in Tableau or Looker to communicate insights to leadership.
A significant portion of your role will involve Process Mapping —identifying bottlenecks and designing improved internal workflows. You will also take the lead in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and partner-facing documentation to ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external enterprise partners. This is a fast-track role; strong performers will be considered for a full-time offer at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
Support PM and GTM teams with detailed market sizing and opportunity assessments.
Track and report key operations metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL .
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Looker for data visualization.
Map existing internal processes and identify specific areas for efficiency improvement.
Draft high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and partner documentation.
Coordinate requirements gathering with internal engineering teams and external partners.

Skills & Eligibility
Education: Background in Business Administration, Operations Research, or related fields.
Data Analysis: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL skills.
Visualization: Comfortable with (or eager to learn) Tableau or Looker.
Documentation: Excellent written communication for drafting clear BRDs and reports.
Ops Research: Familiarity with process mapping and optimization methodologies.
Industry Interest: Passion for the AI/SaaS landscape and enterprise sales motions.
