Job Description
As part of the Stibo Systems Recruitment 2026 drive, you will join the Global SaaS Operations – Administration & Maintenance team. This role is highly focused on supporting 24/7 operations for Azure-hosted SaaS platforms. You will be instrumental in managing cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Provide robust 24/7 operational support for Azure-hosted SaaS platforms, ensuring maximum availability, stability, and performance.
Administer core Azure infrastructure elements, including compute, networking, security, storage, and identity services.
Operate and support sophisticated containerized workloads within Kubernetes environments.
Manage and support database activities, specifically focusing on Oracle and Cassandra databases.
Execute deployment activities and planned maintenance windows strategically to ensure minimal customer impact.
Troubleshoot critical infrastructure and Java-based application production issues, escalating to higher tiers when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures while collaborating with platform engineering teams.
Skills & Eligibility
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, cloud operations, or SaaS platform support.
Cloud Expertise: Practical exposure to Microsoft Azure administration (resource management, networking, security, storage).
Containerization: Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized environments, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Scripting: Basic scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate operational tasks.
