Your primary goal will be to ensure the flawless operation of enterprise environments. You will actively monitor application health, analyze server logs, and troubleshoot application-level issues. Operating in a 24/7 support framework, you will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to investigate incidents, document root cause analyses (RCA), and support scheduled configuration deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting: Analyze and efficiently troubleshoot application-level issues across live enterprise environments.
System Monitoring: Monitor application health, server logs, and system performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve problems.
Incident Management: Coordinate with cross-functional software teams to investigate technical incidents and drive them to successful resolution.
Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation of issues, comprehensive root cause analyses, and detailed resolution steps.
Deployment Support: Support live application deployments, software configuration changes, and ongoing environment management activities.
Shift Operations: Participate in 24/7 rotational shift support, which includes mandatory night shifts and weekend on-call duties.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Graduates with Any Degree are eligible to apply, provided they have a strong technical aptitude.
