Key Responsibilities

  • As a WLAN Technical Support Engineer Associate at HPE, you will participate in engineering team initiatives to design, test, and support low to moderately complex products, software systems, and networking solutions.
  • Design portions of engineering solutions using multidisciplinary engineering principles for systems, software, and products according to specified requirements.
  • Implement established test plans for existing designs, validating mechanical, electrical, software, and WLAN networking specifications.
  • Collaborate as an active project team member alongside internal engineers and outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships and technical understanding with internal and external technology partners.
  • Utilize engineering design tools and specialized software packages to execute design improvements and automated testing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve engineering and networking performance issues across early-stage and deployment products.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) or Master’s degree (M.E / M.Tech) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical streams.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic understanding of engineering design tools, software packages, and hardware/electrical component fundamentals.
  • Good analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with basic material properties, software debugging, or WLAN networking concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 2 days/week from HPE office).
