Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services using Node.js, NestJS, and Go.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend systems backed by PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Contribute to event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka and collaborate with senior engineers on distributed systems.
- Ship end-to-end full-stack features, including frontend components using React or Svelte when required.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating actively in peer code reviews.
- Investigate and debug production issues, identify root causes, and roll out resilient long-term fixes.
- Contribute to CI/CD deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud management on AWS.
Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related streams.
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Prior exposure to Go, Redis, or Apache Kafka is a major plus.
- Capability to contribute across the full stack, including frontend frameworks like React or Svelte.
- Strong problem-solving capability, technical curiosity, and effective team communication skills.
