Skills & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative engineering discipline.
  • No prior professional work experience required (Freshers are eligible). Academic project exposure or internships in software development are an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL) and API/system integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and logical analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with modern version control systems like Git and collaborative code practices.
  • Exposure to Agile software development workflows and iterative delivery cycles.
  • Basic understanding of networking, web protocols, software testing (unit tests, code reviews).
  • Working knowledge or awareness of AI Infrastructure and Prompt Engineering concepts.
