Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust, secure, and scalable microservices powering Diligent’s SaaS governance platform.
- Build serverless cloud solutions in TypeScript using AWS architecture.
- Take end-to-end service ownership from writing clean code to automated deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate on building AI-enhanced platform capabilities and intelligent automation workflows.
- Participate actively in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and team demos.

- This opportunity is strictly for Freshers applying for Diligent’s 1-Year Engineering Apprenticeship Program.
- Candidates must not have been previously employed or undergone Aadhaar seeding with EPFO / ESIC through any prior employer.
- As per Government Apprenticeship rules, candidates whose Aadhaar has already been linked due to prior full-time employment are ineligible.
- Candidates who completed academic curriculum internships without statutory EPFO / ESIC registration remain fully eligible.
- Graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js and/or TypeScript based on OpenAPI specifications.
- Hands-on skills in building modern web interfaces using frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- Solid understanding of Git version control and source code management best practices.
- Experience working with Docker containers and containerization concepts.
- Practical experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS CDK, or Terraform.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD deployment principles and automated pipelines.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI/ML through coursework, projects, or self-directed learning.
- Scripting and data processing experience using Python (pandas, numpy).
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Textract).
- Interest in prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
