Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support end-to-end web applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Design and implement application components using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI.
- Work with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3 on the frontend.
- Work with MSSQL/SQL and Cosmos DB for application data requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and address review comments.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical and performance-related issues.
- Write efficient application code and database queries.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Provide technical recommendations and contribute to solving complex technical problems.
- Follow programming best practices and Agile development practices.
Skills & Eligibility
- Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications and should have strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and modern web development practices.
- 1-4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and WebAPI.
- Strong knowledge of Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good working knowledge of Cosmos DB and MSSQL/SQL.
- Experience using TFS.
- Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing frameworks such as MS Test, Jasmine, MOQ, NUnit and Karma.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures.
- Ability to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems.
- Experience with code reviews, including raising reviews, resolving comments and closing reviews.
- Awareness of programming best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance-related issues and write efficient code and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of using SQL Profiler.
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization, with OAuth2/OpenID Connect knowledge being an additional advantage.
- Experience working on at least one SOA project.
- Experience working in an Agile methodology, preferably Scrum.

- Understanding ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI is important for building web applications and backend services within the Microsoft stack.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of Angular 2 or above along with JavaScript and TypeScript. Familiarity with jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 is also expected.
- The role requires database knowledge, particularly MSSQL/SQL and Cosmos DB. Candidates should understand efficient query writing and database troubleshooting.
- A strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles is required to build maintainable and scalable software.
- Candidates should understand common Creational, Structural and Behavioral design patterns and how they can be applied to software development.
- Experience with n-tier architectures and at least one Service-Oriented Architecture project is expected for the role.
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing frameworks such as MS Test, Jasmine, MOQ, NUnit and Karma can help candidates meet the testing expectations of the position.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization is required, while familiarity with technologies such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect is an added advantage.
