Job Description

As an AI Engineer Intern at Zycus, you will be at the forefront of the Gen-AI revolution. Your role involves Process Discovery and Opportunity Mapping , where you will identify friction points in customer support and success workflows. You will assist in maintaining a backlog of AI ideas and transition them into Rapid Prototyping phases using Python, notebooks, or low-code tools.
You will collaborate with global teams to test ideas, validate use cases, and support the pilot deployment of solutions like chatbots and automated dashboards. This role requires staying updated on emerging Agentic AI tools and sharing knowledge through prompt libraries and technical documentation. Working closely with senior leaders, including the North American CCO, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the full AI implementation lifecycle in a corporate setting.

Assist in identifying inefficiencies across support and customer success workflows for AI intervention.
Support the development of small-scale prototypes (chatbots, workflow automations) using Python .
Help deploy and monitor pilot AI solutions with internal global teams.
Collect feedback and track basic usage metrics to support iterative solution improvements.
Stay updated on emerging AI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI APIs .
Create documentation, reports, and prompt libraries to support the scaling of successful pilots.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to understand business needs and AI opportunities.
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical demos.

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
Experience: 0 to 1 years (Freshers with strong projects are welcome).
Technical: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation tools.
Programming: Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON , and data handling techniques.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
Bonus: Exposure to LangChain, OpenAI frameworks , or participation in AI hackathons/communities.
