Job Description
As an Analyst in Visa’s CEMEA Commercial Effectiveness team, you will support business growth by using data, analytics, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and understand performance trends across the CEMEA region.
The role involves analyzing revenue growth opportunities, portfolio performance, market share movements, yield improvement areas, and commercial productivity. You will work with datasets covering different markets, clients, portfolios, and deals to identify the factors driving business performance.
A major component of the role is converting complex data into simple, actionable business insights. You will also be expected to create executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives that can help senior leaders make informed decisions.
The role has a strong GenAI and automation component. Candidates are expected to have experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power BI Copilot, or similar platforms to improve analytical productivity and automate business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze revenue growth opportunities across CEMEA markets.
Identify portfolio performance trends and areas for improvement.
Analyze market share movements and portfolio yield.
Identify opportunities to improve commercial and seller productivity.
Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance.
Identify the key drivers behind business performance and areas requiring action.
Transform large and complex datasets into structured, business-ready insights.
Use GenAI platforms to accelerate analysis and streamline reporting.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-powered workflows into day-to-day business processes.
Use AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual analytical work.
Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives.
Translate analytical findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and Analytics.
Gather inputs, validate data, and support execution of analytical initiatives.
Document analytical frameworks, methodologies, and repeatable approaches.
Support dashboard development, performance reporting, automation, and decision intelligence initiatives.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
