Job Description

For the Tata Motors Recruitment 2026 drive, the engineering division is looking for passionate, hardworking, and creative engineering graduates to join the structured Apprenticeship training program. As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work closely with highly experienced professionals, getting immediate exposure to live manufacturing processes, corporate product development, and state-of-the-art technologies.
Selected candidates will rotate across multiple specialized business units. This comprehensive program is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and active industrial practice, turning fresh graduates into highly competitive professionals fully equipped for core automotive and engineering functions.

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Tata Motors, your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Mastery: Gather functional knowledge and build skills in core automobile operations, including Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control.
Manufacturing Planning: Learn part procurement workflows, production supervision, and the implementation of robust quality management systems.
Technical Translation: Apply academic engineering concepts to live industrial applications and automotive aggregate development.
Problem Solving: Develop an understanding of industrial troubleshooting methodologies and apply structured problem-solving skills to active assembly lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across different business units to ensure smooth project execution.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with contemporary automotive trends, emerging electric vehicle technologies, and production best practices.

To be eligible for Tata Motors Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication (ECE), Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Civil, or Electronics Engineering.
Academic Cutoff: Minimum 60% and above consistently in 10th, 12th, and Engineering graduation.
Batch Eligibility: Strictly 2024 and 2025 Graduating Batches. Candidates must be freshers with zero prior experience.
Apprenticeship Terms:Must have no active backlogs or ATKT.Maximum of a 2-year gap in education is acceptable.Candidates must not have previously signed an official Apprenticeship Contract with any other company under NATS.
