Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in expert-led technical bootcamps, safety training protocols, and software learning tracks configured by engineering mentors.
  • Assist in processing core engineering calculations, verifying structural or computational data entries, and preparing process documentation.
  • Contribute directly to technical research operations, basic analytical mapping, and industrial design reviews.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering squads to safely advance project deliverables and ensure client compliance metrics.
  • Support site-level operations and field engineering requirements across designated energy project installations when required.
  • Maintain structured documentation logs, perform operational quality self-checks, and present milestone reports to division managers.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Degree Requirements: Candidates must be pursuing or have successfully completed a full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
  • Eligible Engineering Streams: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronics (EEE), Electronics and Instrumentation (E&I), Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE), Electrical, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Information Technology (IT).
  • Batch Target: This process is open for the 2026 graduating cohort only.
  • Backlog Constraint: Applicants must have NO history of arrears or standing backlogs throughout their academic tenure.
  • Minimum Cut-off Scores: Candidates must maintain a consistent score of 70% and above (or equivalent CGPA) across their 10th standard, 12th standard, and all semesters of the UG degree.
  • Strong, foundational clarity regarding standard core engineering principals and calculations.
  • A dedicated professional flare, passion, and keen interest to operate within core industrial and design environments.
  • Excellent logical thinking capacity, solid problem-solving skills, and deep academic excellence.
  • Genuine interest to work directly across multi-tier industrial domains including structural design, system data analysis, and field engineering tasks at client project sites.
  • Strong capacity to multitask efficiently while managing delivery schedules under structured timelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to collaborate and operate productively alongside cross-functional team members at all organizational levels.
