Work with build packages, CCDs, CPS packages, Maintenance Releases, temporary patches, and rehosting activities.
Validate application deployments after installation or changes.
Identify and resolve basic deployment issues.
Configure Windchill and supporting components according to PTC Cloud standards.
Perform routine system administration activities.
Carry out log cleanup and cache management.
Support index rebuilding and application health checks.
Validate application and supporting services.
Assist with Windchill version upgrades.
Support CPS and Maintenance Release updates.
Perform post-upgrade validation.
Investigate application, publishing, and deployment issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.
Support customer change requests and scheduled maintenance activities.
Support production operations and service delivery.
Maintain technical documentation and deployment records.
Create and maintain knowledge articles.

Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

PLM: Basic knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM.
Cloud: Basic understanding of cloud concepts; AWS/Azure knowledge is an advantage.
Linux: Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
