Key Responsibilities

Build technical knowledge and support the engineering team on assigned projects.
Participate in engineering problem-solving discussions.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience is required.
Core Skill: Proficiency or working knowledge of Aircraft Structures.
Material Science: Strong understanding of material properties and their effect on structural integrity and performance.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data related to material behavior under different environmental conditions.
Quality: Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards associated with material testing and validation.
Aerospace: Exposure to Aerospace & Defense or aircraft manufacturing is beneficial.
Structural Analysis: Knowledge of aircraft structural analysis is an advantage.
Problem Solving: Ability to participate in engineering problem-solving discussions and identify practical solutions.
Communication: Ability to communicate technical information and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Education: 15 years of full-time education is required.
