Key Responsibilities
- As a Full Stack Software Engineer at LSEG, you will collaborate in an Agile team to develop and deliver highly scalable applications. Key duties include:
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on clear technical specifications.
- Building extensive knowledge of the technologies used within LSEG and applying them effectively in your domain.
- Supporting the delivery of assigned work, prioritizing tasks appropriately, and completing sprint goals.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and peers.
- Communicating clearly and in a timely manner to ensure a full understanding of information, proactively asking questions when needed.
- Taking robust initiative to continuously develop your knowledge of technology products and tools through on-the-job learning, certifications, and active mentoring.
Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional software development experience working actively with a full-stack environment.
- Frontend: Proficiency in frontend technologies including Angular, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS.
- Backend: Strong backend and API expertise using Microsoft .NET, specifically C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.
- Databases: Solid proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- DevOps & Tools: Hands‑on experience with CI/CD configuration tools including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, and Docker.
- Methodology: A proven working background in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
