Job Description

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer at Beroe, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of internal automation tools and highly visible client-facing AI features. Your primary objective is to move beyond basic prompt engineering and design robust web architectures that seamlessly integrate with multiple LLMs and vector databases. You will implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground AI outputs securely in Beroe’s proprietary intelligence data, preventing hallucinations and ensuring enterprise-grade accuracy.
On the front-end, you will optimize user interfaces to deliver true “AI-first” experiences, minimizing latency and crafting intuitive, conversational UI components. Develop, deploy, and maintain robust full-stack web applications that integrate seamlessly with various LLMs.
Architect and implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground AI in proprietary datasets.
Design complex data retrieval systems using modern Vector Databases to ensure high-speed semantic search.
Optimize front-end interfaces utilizing React and Next.js to ensure low-latency, intuitive human-AI interactions.
Leverage AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Haystack to build reliable autonomous agents.
Use AI-assisted coding tools aggressively to test, debug, and accelerate personal software delivery.
Collaborate with product and intelligence teams to map LLM capabilities to real-world business problems.

Experience Scope: Open to a wide range of talent—from highly capable Fresh Graduates with strong AI portfolios to seasoned engineering professionals.
Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Next.js .
Backend Power: Strong programming proficiency in backend languages like Python and Node.js .
AI Orchestration: Deep practical familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack .
Database Knowledge: Experience working with embeddings and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
