In this exciting role within a feature team, your day-to-day duties will include:
Engineering software, scripts, and tools while seamlessly liaising with other engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
Rapidly producing complex and critical software of high quality that adds tangible value to the business.
Working within permanent teams responsible for the full software life cycle: from initial development and enhancements to maintenance and eventual decommissioning.
Collaborating actively to optimize NatWest Group’s software engineering capability.
Designing, producing, testing, and successfully implementing robust working software solutions.
Working across the end-to-end lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and daily operations.
Note: This role is based in India and all normal working days must be carried out from India.
Skills & Eligibility
Strictly requires a B.E/B.Tech degree.
A solid background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, with an understanding of how your expertise supports customers.
Working experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, and the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration environments.
Experience with application development lifecycle tools, including testing, debugging, and bug tracking platforms.
Experience across multiple programming languages or low-code platforms, effectively driving automation and efficiency.
Experience in implementing programming best practices—especially concerning scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
