Skills & Eligibility
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or an equivalent degree from a reputed university.
Experience: Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant domain or SAP SD experience. Working experience as an SAP End User is considered a strong advantage.
SAP Skills: Mandatory knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and a good understanding of the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module. Willingness to work as a techno-functional consultant.
Business Process Knowledge: Desirable exposure to pricing, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Consignment Sales, and Third-Party Sales.
Technical Concepts: Awareness of ITIL concepts, IDOC and EDI processes, LSMW, and data migration concepts.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is highly valued.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the flexibility to embrace challenges based on business needs. Comfortable using MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaborating in a global team setup.
