As an Associate Engineer, you will work under direct supervision to execute day-to-day operations and customer-facing support tasks across four technical pillars:
Application Support Operations: Actively monitor and provide technical assistance for the flagship N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS). Troubleshoot and isolate application incidents, review system logs, and perform repeatable system configuration checks.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Support seamless data mapping flows by assisting with EDI partner configurations, tracking message deployments, and rectifying basic data discrepancies alongside senior personnel.
Business Intelligence (BI): Maintain operational data solutions by verifying reports, checking analytical dashboards built via Power BI or Crystal Reports, and validating structural SQL queries.
Infrastructure & Cloud Systems: Conduct routine health checks on servers, networks, and localized application services spanning Windows, Linux, or public cloud infrastructures.
Operational Excellence: Respond promptly to client requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), participate in scheduled shift rotations, and update technical runbooks or knowledge base materials.
Skills & Eligibility
Must possess a recent full-time B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, or Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or an associated engineering discipline.
Completion of a Managed Services Apprenticeship / Internship is highly preferred (or possession of equivalent foundational training).
Strong analytical acumen with sharp attention to details and comfortable communicating complex solutions in verbal and written English.
Valued Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Foundational familiarity with Linux commands, basic SQL queries, Networking principles, Python scripts, Power BI tools, or Cloud concepts.
