Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Manufacturing Alignment: Resolve multi-layered structural issues regarding component design or heavy manufacturing. Drive design acceptance validation setups and ensure manufacturing readiness cycles.
  • New Technology Adoption: Participate actively in evaluating and incorporating advanced manufacturing automation systems, industrial robotics, and computer-aided engineering software applications to enhance floor throughput.
  • Test Operations Enhancement: Plan, construct, and modify systematic testing procedures to increase operation reliability, tool cost-efficiency, and error-trapping coverage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Thoroughly track metrics data output, machine cycle capabilities, system stressors, and component performance reliability over extended lifecycles.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Must possess an undergraduate or postgraduate engineering degree from an accredited institution in **Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science**, or closely allied technical curriculum structures (or possess equivalent corporate engineering function experience).
  • Strong foundational understanding of project management principles, phase definitions, and critical path tracking parameters.
  • High internal dedication to accuracy, precision testing loops, and error-free execution boundaries.
