Job Description

  • As a Salesforce Software Developer at Jade Global, your primary mandate is to manage day-to-day operational activities and support ongoing functional initiatives across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as a critical bridge between internal IT teams and business users, ensuring that CRM workflows, validation rules, and automation layers function smoothly without latency.
  • Operating efficiently within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), you will track inbound support tickets, troubleshoot user access permissions, and deploy configuration changes. While this role heavily leverages Salesforce Administration skills, you will also utilize your basic understanding of Apex code logic and Salesforce Flows to resolve complex back-end issues. You will be expected to work independently across multiple clouds—including Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ—monitoring system performance and documenting process resolutions for enterprise compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational support tasks and drive enhancements for ongoing Salesforce projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues related to automated workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and integrations.
  • Track IT support tickets, update operational statuses regularly, and ensure the timely closure of action items within SLAs.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to secure smooth operational workflows.
  • Handle standard configuration changes, user profile provisioning, role hierarchies, and sharing models.
  • Read and debug basic Apex code logic to support custom backend configurations.
  • Monitor overall system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and optimizing platform processing limits.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for custom configurations, resolution steps, and process mapping.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • Experience Scope: Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome; however, strong hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or Trailhead portfolios in an enterprise context is highly expected.
  • Core Foundations: Solid hands-on proficiency with core Salesforce Administration features and configuration capabilities.
  • Automation & Code: Practical exposure to building Salesforce Flows and a basic understanding of debugging Apex logic.
  • Cloud Exposure: Foundational knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), and ideally Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
  • Data & Security: Clear understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Models, and custom Reports/Dashboards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently, and excellent stakeholder communication habits.
