Provide technical support for networking and ClearPass-related issues to global customers.
Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity and authentication issues.
Work on access control problems involving 802.1X, RADIUS, and guest authentication.
Analyse logs, configurations, and basic packet captures for troubleshooting.
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing tools.
Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and complex cases.
Follow defined processes and SLAs in a 24×7 support environment.
Skills & Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Typically, 0-2 years of experience.
Candidates with networking training, certifications, internships, or strong technical aptitude will be preferred.
This is a 24×7 global support role.
Requires working in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Flexibility to support global customers across US / EMEA / APAC time zones.
This is a Hybrid working role based in Bangalore/Chennai.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: OSI Model and TCP/IP, IP addressing and subnetting, ARP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and switching basics, Routing fundamentals (basic static routing), Broadcast, multicast, and unicast traffic, STP and link aggregation basics.
Basic Linux knowledge: Command-line usage, Log navigation and troubleshooting basics.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a structured support environment.
Exposure to Network Access Control (NAC) or ClearPass (internship / project / training).
Certifications such as CCNA / CWNA / RHCSA or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Wireshark or packet capture tools.
Basic scripting exposure (optional).
