As an Analyst in EY Assurance, you will support the National ASU Audit Standards and Methodologies team while working with engagement teams and clients. The position combines analytical thinking, data management, technology, communication, and assurance-related activities.
The role requires candidates to work collaboratively across multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. You may also participate in client discussions to understand business processes and requirements.
From a technical perspective, the position has a strong analytics and automation component. EY is looking for candidates who can work with or are willing to learn tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Python, PySpark, AI/ML models, VBA Macros, UiPath, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with engagement team members across multiple client assignments.

Understand applications of AI/ML models in analytics.
Work with automation technologies including Python, VBA Macros, UiPath, and Power Automate.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Apply analytical and strategic thinking to solve problems.
Collaborate with colleagues from diverse technical and professional backgrounds.
Remain flexible regarding work requirements, including travel and working on weekends or holidays when necessary.
Skills & Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
Experience: 0–1 years.
Data Analytics: Knowledge of data management and analytics concepts.
SQL: Proficiency or working knowledge of SQL.
Power BI: Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Alteryx: Familiarity with Alteryx is relevant to the role.
Programming: Knowledge of Python/PySpark is beneficial.
AI/ML: Understanding of AI/ML models and their applications in analytics is an advantage.
Automation: Knowledge of Python, VBA Macros, UiPath, or Power Automate can be useful.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
