Job Description
As a System Support Coordinator at Davies, you will be the backbone of our technical operations in Pune. Your role involves providing end-to-end technical support, troubleshooting system-related issues, and managing SFTP workflows for secure file exchanges with external vendors. You will be responsible for data correction and validation, particularly involving tier structures and claim data changes, ensuring that all submitted files meet strict compliance and quality assurance standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new applications and participate in system upgrades. This role also carries a reporting focus, where you will generate Month-End reports and assist with regulatory reporting activities. From triaging help desk tickets for user access issues to developing technical documentation and providing end-user training, you will play a vital role in maintaining the data integrity and security of the Davies technical ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all system-related issues.
Manage SFTP workflows, including inbound/outbound file processing.
Perform data analysis and quality assurance to ensure file accuracy.
Support data correction for claim data and tier structure changes.
Generate and analyze critical system reports, including Month-End reporting.
Coordinate file exchanges with external vendors and partners.
Monitor and triage help desk tickets; manage user account lifecycles.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new tools.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Foundational knowledge in system support and administration.
Technical: Proficiency in system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
Data Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform data validation.
Tools: Familiarity with SFTP tools, help desk software, and system support utilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team settings.
