Skills & Eligibility
OTM Techno-Functional Consultant:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
Alternatively, an MBA with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Systems or Business Analytics.
2025 or 2026 graduates or recent graduates with a good academic record.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes.
Basic knowledge of SQL, databases or programming concepts is preferred.
Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP or business processes is preferred.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud, ERP or enterprise applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON or integration concepts is an advantage.
Practical exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude is preferred.
Basic understanding of prompt engineering is an advantage.

Candidates should be able to distinguish between a business requirement and a technical implementation and understand how business needs are translated into system functionality.
