Job Description

As an AI Developer at Associative, you will be deeply involved in unlocking the power of data through intelligent systems. Your work will span across Core AI/ML utilizing the Python ecosystem, including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, alongside Java libraries like Deeplearning4j. You will also get hands-on experience in the exciting field of Generative AI, building robust chatbots and content generation tools using LangChain, Ollama, and Keras.
Additionally, you will gain exposure to Computer Vision by performing image recognition and custom 3D data processing using OpenCV. A major highlight of this role is contributing to the flagship R&D project, NexusReal: Intelligence Fused Reality, which bridges digital intelligence with physical reality through Interactive AI Avatars, Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), and Gaussian Splatting.

Core AI/ML: Develop and implement intelligent algorithms using the Python ecosystem (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Java libraries (Deeplearning4j).
Generative AI & LLMs: Design and build advanced chatbots and content generation tools leveraging modern frameworks like LangChain, Ollama, and Keras.
Computer Vision: Implement image recognition and analysis capabilities using OpenCV and process complex custom 3D datasets.
Innovation & R&D: Actively contribute to NexusReal, exploring real-time LLM communication, NeRFs, and Interactive AI Avatars.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI methodologies and integrate them into scalable digital realities.

Experience: Strictly for freshers eager to build a career in AI and ML. (Not intended for candidates currently pursuing full-time education).
Education: Any Graduate with a strong foundational understanding of programming and technology.
Equipment: Candidates must have their own personal laptop for work.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required for effective team collaboration.
Work Readiness: Must be prepared to work 100% on-site at the Pune office (Khandve Complex, Lohegaon) from Monday through Saturday (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
