Key Responsibilities

  • Engineers assigned to this technical division will operate directly at the intersection of application stability, customer engagement, and software optimization:
  • Incident Monitoring & Triage: Overseeing multi-channel ticket workflows across email, internal chat, and phone queues, responding to service requests within established SLA parameters.
  • L1/L2 Diagnostic Engineering: Analyzing system logs, tracing programmatic workflow execution paths, and validating breaking logic within JSON payloads to resolve API failures and data discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Resolution Support: Standardizing documented technical findings to cleanly execute escalation hand-offs to core product engineering and solution architecture teams.
  • Knowledge Optimization: Formulating new documentation, runtime runbooks, and internal training tools to constantly minimize recurring platform user errors.
  • Operational Flexibility: Actively participating in structured technical training arrays, night rotations, and corporate on-call weekend schedules.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Zinier is assessing candidates who combine customer-first ownership with structural software scripting, network tracing, and database capabilities:
  • Educational Credentials: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or an equivalent technical stream.
  • Frontend & Format Engineering: Hands-on debugging proficiency utilizing JavaScript, JSON data structural layouts, HTML, and CSS for configuration analysis.
  • Data Systems & APIs: Practical familiarity tracking data flow across REST APIs and managing database schemas via structured SQL queries.
  • System & Cloud Architectures: Foundational knowledge of multi-tier web application architecture ecosystems, cloud service hosting, and operational operating systems.
  • Ticketing Systems: Operational experience with incident logging, management platforms, and ticketing systems like Jira or similar corporate tracking software.
  • Desirable Skills (Bonus): Exposure to monitoring frameworks like Grafana, user-level familiarity with Linux command-line environments, foundational ITIL service standards, or basic code comprehension in Java/Python.
