Engineers assigned to this technical division will operate directly at the intersection of application stability, customer engagement, and software optimization:
Incident Monitoring & Triage: Overseeing multi-channel ticket workflows across email, internal chat, and phone queues, responding to service requests within established SLA parameters.
L1/L2 Diagnostic Engineering: Analyzing system logs, tracing programmatic workflow execution paths, and validating breaking logic within JSON payloads to resolve API failures and data discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Resolution Support: Standardizing documented technical findings to cleanly execute escalation hand-offs to core product engineering and solution architecture teams.
Knowledge Optimization: Formulating new documentation, runtime runbooks, and internal training tools to constantly minimize recurring platform user errors.
Operational Flexibility: Actively participating in structured technical training arrays, night rotations, and corporate on-call weekend schedules.
Skills & Eligibility

Educational Credentials: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or an equivalent technical stream.

Data Systems & APIs: Practical familiarity tracking data flow across REST APIs and managing database schemas via structured SQL queries.
