Key Responsibilities

  • As a graduate engineer at Wohlig, you will study technical architecture needs, confer with senior software developers, and build high-quality solutions throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Feasibility Assessment: Determine core operational feasibility by evaluating problem definitions, requirements analysis, and code solution development pathways.
  • Technical Documentation: Document and clearly demonstrate product solutions by designing comprehensive flowcharts, code layouts, clear comments, architectural diagrams, and system block charts.
  • System Installation: Prepare and safely install internal software patches by determining code specifications, standards, and programming frameworks.
  • Operational Evaluation: Improve live software operations by conducting routine systems analysis and proposing valuable adjustments to internal coding policies.
  • Knowledge Upgradation: Actively update tech stack knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, system computing equipment, and modern programming techniques.
  • Support and Resolution: Provide clear internal engineering summaries by collecting, analyzing, and documenting system development and infrastructure service issues.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Educational Criterion: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent technical stream.
  • Coding Foundation: Ability to actively develop clean software solutions in core programming languages like Java, Ruby on Rails, or C++ .
  • Database Knowledge: Sound foundational knowledge of relational databases, structured SQL architectures, and ORM mapping technologies such as JPA2 or Hibernate.
  • Web Frameworks: Theoretical or practical exposure to developing web applications using popular web frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, JSF, Wicket, or GWT).
  • Methodologies: Basic understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and core software testing lifecycles.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, clear documentation instincts, and an eagerness to pick up complex enterprise technologies quickly.
