Key Responsibilities
- As a Web Application Developer/Analyst at QuEST Global, your core duties will span across various phases of the development lifecycle:
- Web Development: Build, deploy, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications utilizing authoring tools, content management systems (CMS), and scripting languages like Java and SQL.
- Design & Enhancement: Actively support UI and content updates by applying basic design principles to layouts, digital models, and interactive web elements.
- Testing & Debugging: Proactively identify system issues through rigorous testing and customer feedback analysis. Fix bugs efficiently to ensure smooth, uninterrupted functionality.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct routine code reviews to ensure all deliverables meet strict industry standards and operate flawlessly across multiple devices and operating systems.
Skills & Eligibility
- Qualifications: Candidates must hold a B.E or B.Tech degree in a relevant technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS concepts), Java, and SQL.
- Tools & Design: Familiarity with Adobe tools for design/content management, alongside a solid understanding of software and hardware basics and general design principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, effective problem-solving abilities, a customer-service mindset, and the capacity to work independently.
- Applicants should have basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and SQL, along with familiarity with Adobe design tools.
