As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with PayU’s marketing managers and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Verify Customer Personas: Assist the team in actively reviewing and updating customer personas to ensure all messaging accurately targets the right audience segments.
Conduct Customer Interviews: Communicate directly with customers through structured interviews to gather qualitative data regarding their needs, pain points, and product usage behaviors.
Consumer Identification & Outreach: Partner with internal sales and product teams to identify current and potential customers for scaling outreach and engagement efforts.
Crafting Marketing Communication: Merge real-world customer insights with core business objectives to write, conceptualize, and deploy compelling marketing communications.
Creating Content with AI: Utilize and experiment with modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) content tools to build and scale assets across various internal and external marketing channels.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Background: Candidates must hold Any degree from a recognized institution, ideally with an orientation towards marketing, business administration, or corporate communications.
Candidate Profile: Freshers with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an eagerness to learn about the fintech marketing landscape.
