Key Responsibilities

  • Gain domain knowledge and practical experience within the assigned specialized business function or service unit.
  • Provide administrative and operational support under the direct guidance of senior professional colleagues.
  • Assist in coordinating team meetings, taking meeting minutes, managing record keeping, and maintaining logistics.
  • Review system data for accuracy, prepare administrative reports, and investigate or escalate discrepancies for swift resolution.
  • Assist in handling low-complexity client or stakeholder queries and maintain accurate query tracking logs.
  • Take ownership of assigned business projects to conduct research, gather information, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Create slides, documentation, and research briefs to support ongoing team projects and client deliverables.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Any Discipline (e.g., CS, IT, Business, Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering).
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Relevant prior work or internship experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Analytical Thinking: Attention to detail with an analytical approach to identifying data errors, defects, and process issues.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong planning, prioritization, and time management capabilities to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle queries or complaints professionally, escalate issues, and take corrective actions.
  • Tools & Presentations: Basic proficiency in office tools, report writing, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong passion for continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.
