The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in AI/ML model development , specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) , Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent architectures. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and cybersecurity teams to deploy AI solutions in regulated, mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Software Developer at Emerson, your key responsibilities will include:
AI Agent Development: Implement AI agents within the Ovation Intelligence ecosystem for industrial applications.
Platform Design: Participate in the design of the Agent Builder platform to create custom user agents.
Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, software developers, and domain SMEs to define agent use cases.
Quality Assurance: Ensure agents improve operator awareness, reduce troubleshooting time, and enable predictive maintenance.
Security Compliance: Work with Cybersecurity teams to enforce rigorous security standards for AI-driven solutions.
Infrastructure Alignment: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to align compute, GPU usage, and performance requirements.
Skills & Eligibility
To be eligible for Emerson Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Mandatory Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and Python . Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and Deep Learning. Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI .
