Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee / Apprentice in the Data Enablement team, you will support the organization in managing, validating, and organizing datasets across various internal tools and enterprise platforms. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in corporate data administration, analysis, and clean reporting pipelines.
Data Maintenance: Assist in collecting, entering, and updating structured records across spreadsheets and internal management systems.
Validation & Quality: Review active datasets to identify errors, duplicates, or missing parameter values, and flag them systematically for operational corrections.
Basic Analysis: Participate in fundamental data manipulation using Microsoft Excel, generating basic charts, summary tables, and pivot tables.
Reporting Support: Assist in compiling operational data to prepare simple dashboards and status updates for team stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Operations: Help with minor data migration activities, reformatting files for clean uploads, and archiving redundant enterprise records.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, engineering graduate, or diploma holder.
Technical Comfort: Functional familiarity with Microsoft Excel operations (sorting, filtering, core mathematical formulas).
Plus Skills: Any academic exposure or conceptual awareness of Power BI dashboarding or SQL database queries is considered an asset.
Professional Attributes: Attention to structural detail, high learning agility, and a methodical approach to handling massive datasets under team environments.
No extensive programming skills are mandatory. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions is required, while exposure to SQL or Power BI is purely a beneficial addition.
