As a Services Support Associate II on the Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for producing accurate administrative deliverables while managing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Produce high-quality administrative deliverables and manage assignments efficiently.
Document project activities using workflow tools and ensure adherence to Deloitte’s brand standards.
Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and various business documents.
Coordinate with national and local teams to support stakeholder requests across all organizational levels.
Provide administrative support for time and expense tracking, requests for payment, Swift, and SharePoint operations.
Skills & Eligibility
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-5 years of corporate administrative experience.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Tools Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and other essential business tools.
Documentation: Strong ability to prepare, format, and edit business correspondence and project deliverables.
Flexibility: Readiness and ability to work across various rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Experience supporting top executives (Partners, Principals, Directors), working in a shared services center, and utilizing tools like Swift, Payables Tool, SAP, or SharePoint. Experience coordinating with virtual, cross-location teams is highly valued.
