Job Description

For the Micron Technology Recruitment 2026 drive, the IT division is looking for a self-motivated Associate IT Engineer who can work efficiently in both software development and operational support. This role requires you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with user-facing scopes and tight timelines.
A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work directly within a high-tech manufacturing setting. You must be willing to work in a semiconductor clean room for specified periods to support machine-related software checkout and System Integration Testing (SIT). A strong understanding of core software engineering concepts and basic project management is essential.

As an Associate IT Engineer at Micron Technology, your key responsibilities will include:
Development & Support: Work across several areas of software development and provide robust Operational Support, acting both independently and as part of a team.
Manufacturing IT Support: Work inside a manufacturing environment (e.g., Semiconductor Clean Room) for specified periods to handle machine-related software checkout and System Integration Testing.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, applying basic project management principles to ensure timely delivery.
User Interaction: Handle user-facing scopes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Software Engineering: Apply a good flair for software programming and core concepts of Software Engineering to solve complex problems.

To be eligible for Micron Technology Recruitment 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level: Freshers are eligible and highly encouraged to apply.
Required Core Competencies: Good flair for software programming and strong foundational concepts of Software Engineering. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
