Job Description

  • For the S & P Global Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Data Analyst to work within the Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) domain. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and validating financial and sustainability data.
  • The role requires interpreting complex company documents like Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports. Candidates with knowledge of SQL and Power BI will have an added advantage. You must be willing to work in rotational shifts to meet global business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Data Analyst at S & P Global, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Data Processing: Collecting, processing, and validating Sustainability and financial data using process guidance.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the proprietary database.
  • Research: Summarizing and synthesizing information from multiple sources like Annual Reports.
  • Collaboration: Meeting individual and team targets for quality and efficiency.
  • Analysis: Interpreting company documents and applying ESG reporting standards.

Skills & Eligibility

  • To be eligible for S & P Global Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Educational Background:Degrees in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Economics, or Public Policy.Master’s Degrees (MBA / CA / CFA) are also eligible.

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in a related domain.
  • Mandatory Skills:Good understanding of ESG concepts and reporting standards.Demonstrated research and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
