Job Description
As a Technology Consulting Associate within PwC’s SAP services framework, you will operate as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers, assisting clients from strategic design all the way through to technical execution. You will support comprehensive system integration, custom implementations, and functional optimization across multiple SAP modules—including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Engineering. This role balances functional business mapping with active cloud and database technology deployment parameters.
Aligned with the PwC Professional development matrix, you will handle, manipulate, and analyze client data with absolute data privacy and ethical responsibility. You will participate in operational requirement-gathering workshops, identify platform areas ripe for optimization, and draft structured technical specifications. Associates are expected to follow strict internal risk management and corporate compliance procedures while confidently articulating technical realities, solutions, and project execution timelines in all materials they produce.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute actively to system integration, configuration, and structural implementation across diverse SAP products.
Handle, manipulate, and analyze enterprise software data responsibly to guide executive decisions.
Identify system gaps and make proactive suggestions for business process optimization and cloud migrations.
Invite and give real-time project feedback in a constructive, professional, and growth-oriented manner.
Follow established corporate risk management, data protection, and governance compliance procedures.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical tracks to deliver end-to-end client strategies.
Draft clear, concise, and professional technical blueprints, functional logs, and presentations.
Uphold PwC’s global code of ethics, maintaining a strong values-driven professional conduct.
Build an internal network within PwC’s global offices to understand global delivery frameworks.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (CS/IT/ECE), MCA, MBA, BCA, or a related business/computing stream.
Experience: Freshers with strong analytical bases; preliminary exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a solid plus.
Technical Aptitude: Foundational familiarity with database relational designs, basic logic flows, cloud setups, or data analytical tools.
Data Manipulation: Ability to safely extract, structure, and interpret information from data modules.
Communication: Confident verbal and written communication traits to interact constructively with global clients.
Core Traits: Sharp problem-solving habits, critical thinking capability, deep attention to detail, and a proactive learning drive.
