Key Responsibilities
Functional Specialization: Actively gain knowledge, practical experience, and technological insights associated with the data engineering service domain.
Report Preparation: Assist in the structural preparation, formatting, and distribution of operational reports to corresponding organizational teams.
Data Validation & Review: Review technical system data meticulously for accuracy, supporting the proactive identification of processing errors or system discrepancies.
Issue Escalation: Document technical anomalies and escalate inconsistencies through appropriate resolution channels for swift troubleshooting.
Administrative Support: Coordinate basic technical meetings, log schedules, track laboratory or documentation records, and manage general administrative assets.
Continuous Improvement: Execute entry-level technical or non-technical support tasks required by the business function while identifying automation areas.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Regular full-time Bachelor’s degree or equivalent credential in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics).
Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical mind with a natural inclination for identifying systemic defects, structural glitches, or data entry errors.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact professionally across internal and external stakeholder circles.
Task Optimization: Proven capability to prioritize urgent deliverables, manage time efficiently, and manage multiple sub-tasks simultaneously.
Collaboration: Ability to adapt, learn, and contribute productively inside a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment.
