As an Associate Engineer on Magnit’s AI/ML team, you will participate in the building of next-generation platforms powered by GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic workflows to automate business processes across domains.
Workflow Automation: Develop and robustly test AI/ML workflows alongside senior engineering leads.
Model Integration: Collaborate internally to integrate AI models with external tools via seamless APIs.
LLM Operations: Work intimately with LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, actively supporting prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
Data & Document Pipelines: Participate in architecting document processing pipelines utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and machine learning validation parameters.
API Construction: Support the creation of backend microservices and APIs meant explicitly for AI-driven enterprise applications.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Profile: Specifically designed for fresh college graduates with an unyielding passion for Artificial Intelligence, Software Systems, and modern emerging technologies.
Core Programming: A strong, highly demonstrable foundation in Python programming is strictly required.
Machine Learning Concepts: Baseline understanding of modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn ).
Technical Fundamentals: Solid command over standard data structures, algorithmic design, and complex problem-solving.
Bonus Skills: Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) domains like text classification or summarization is highly beneficial. A willingness to learn major cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is expected.
A strong foundation in Python programming is mandatory. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
