Key Responsibilities
The Associate Software Engineer will contribute to software development and testing activities while learning from more experienced engineers.
Develop and test software solutions that address user problems.
Contribute to software components and subsystems under guidance.
Design and develop components according to technical and functional requirements.
Support unit testing and debugging activities.
Integrate designed components into cohesive information systems.
Ensure software solutions meet defined specifications.
Maintain technical records for designs, components, code and tests.
Support implementation of solutions that meet IT requirements.
Participate in discussions with internal and external technical communities.
Seek and apply feedback from senior engineers, managers and technical leaders.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time.
Follow team-established software development best practices.
Follow the established SDLC for assigned work.
Use approved AI tools and agents for routine development activities where applicable.
