Skills & Eligibility

To qualify for the Fujitsu Apprentice Program, candidates must satisfy all the following prerequisite criteria:
Educational Degree: Must be a Bachelor’s/Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech).
Graduation Window: Strictly restricted to the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 passing out batches.
Institute Accreditation: Your engineering degree must be from an educational institute recognized and approved by AICTE, DOTE, DTE, or an official Government board.
Clear Documentation: Candidates must hold a final Passing Degree Certificate or an official Provisional Degree Certificate to be verified during onboarding.
NATS Portal Rules: You must not have an existing active or prior contract registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal with any other corporate organization, nor have previously trained as an Apprentice.
Core Skills: A solid fundamental grasp of your specific technical engineering domain. Proficiency or familiarity with Microsoft Excel is considered a distinct added advantage.
Only freshers belonging to the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches are eligible to apply.
