- Associate Engineer:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech qualification.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Backend Python Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Strong understanding of software-development principles.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and API endpoint development.
- Networking fundamentals, protocols, and technologies.
- Network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Napalm, or Nornir.
- Network management systems.
- Telecom concepts such as OSS/BSS, network provisioning, and service orchestration.
- Cloud-native web application development.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile methodology.
- Ability to debug complex technical issues.
