Key Responsibilities

  • Selected candidates will manage day-to-day administrative frameworks to ensure efficient business workflows across Syncfusion’s operational centers:
  • Administrative Operations: Governing daily foundational workplace protocols and internal office management systems.
  • Facility & Asset Management: Overseeing hardware asset records, spatial configurations, office machinery maintenance, and supply counts.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors, evaluating pricing records, managing invoices, and organizing corporate resource procurement lines.
  • Employee Support & Logistics: Acting as a direct interface to resolve localized employee workspace requests and coordinating internal event logistics seamlessly.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Authoring, organizing, and archiving administrative compliance logs, verification files, and company policy records.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Candidates aiming to participate in Syncfusion’s assessment cycles must rigorously align with the following explicit qualification baselines:
  • Education Format: Must possess any degree completed through regular, full-time educational streams. Distance or correspondence degrees are not eligible.
  • Academic Cutoff: Candidates must maintain a minimum uniform threshold of 60% or higher across all academic records, including secondary schooling (HSC completion is mandatory).
  • Educational Gaps: Strictly zero educational, academic, or career backlogs or gaps of any configuration from secondary school up to graduation.
  • Technical Tooling: Must be highly proficient and well-versed in the Microsoft Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for tracking database operations.
  • Communication Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle multi-tier employee and vendor coordination pathways smoothly.
