Key Responsibilities

  • Test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
  • Install software applications necessary for employees to perform their roles.
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and actively document technical issues.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and drive automation.
  • Provide comprehensive support for MAC and PC systems while following installation protocols.
  • Provide Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support to the team.

Skills & Eligibility

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology (IT), or IT & Data Analytics, BCA.
  • PG: MS / M.Sc (Science) in Computers, Electronics, M.Tech in Any Specialisation.
  • Experience range between 0 to 2 years.
  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
  • Demonstrate a passion to learn and share the latest trends in technology.
  • Exhibit the qualities of a quick learner thriving in an agile start-up environment.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift.
  • Willingness to work from the office on a periodic basis (typically once a quarter or twice a year), depending on business and team requirements.
  • Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
  • Ready for video calls at all times (vital for maintaining human connection).
  • Good Internet speed (Above 100 MBPS Download/Upload) with LAN capability.
  • Power backup capability to prevent disruptions from frequent power cuts.
