Key Responsibilities

Test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
Install software applications necessary for employees to perform their roles.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Diagnose, resolve, and actively document technical issues.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and drive automation.
Provide comprehensive support for MAC and PC systems while following installation protocols.
Provide Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support to the team.

Skills & Eligibility

UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology (IT), or IT & Data Analytics, BCA.
PG: MS / M.Sc (Science) in Computers, Electronics, M.Tech in Any Specialisation.
Experience range between 0 to 2 years.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Demonstrate a passion to learn and share the latest trends in technology.
Exhibit the qualities of a quick learner thriving in an agile start-up environment.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
Willingness to work from the office on a periodic basis (typically once a quarter or twice a year), depending on business and team requirements.
Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
Ready for video calls at all times (vital for maintaining human connection).
Good Internet speed (Above 100 MBPS Download/Upload) with LAN capability.
Power backup capability to prevent disruptions from frequent power cuts.
